Payment Timing Payment is required prior to the puppy handover.

Delivery Timing Puppies are handed over after 56 days of age, following a veterinary health clearance.
* We comply with the minimum age requirement under the Act on Welfare and Management of Animals.

Returns & Exchanges

As we deal with living animals, returns due to customer circumstances are not accepted.

However, if a congenital condition is discovered within 30 days of handover, we will provide either a replacement puppy or a refund of the purchase price, upon presentation of a veterinary diagnosis certificate.

Cancellation Policy If you wish to cancel a reservation, please contact us at least 7 days before the scheduled handover date. Refund conditions for any deposit paid will be communicated on an individual basis.
